STAY IN YOUR LANE

When learning to drive the driver must learn how to operate the car. You must know when to put on left/right turning signals, when to put on emergency blinkers, where the lights are, how to operate the gears and the symbols of the dash board. It’s the same with yourself. As you grow in God it’s important to know who he called you to be, the season assignment, and the strategy of making impact.

Jeremiah 1:5 I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nation. It’s important that we know our assignment and strategy for our lives but also the current season.

This is key so that you don’t move outside of your spectrum of influence. Just like the road has rules so does your calling. You must know who God has called and who God has called you to impact. Without this knowledge you are swerving in the other lane and causing others to be harmed. Leaders before you lead others you must know who you are and the assignment to the people you lead. You aren’t called to everyone.

God showed me the importance of knowing how to drive an automatic versus a stick shift. Just like training is required to learn how to drive everyone does not master driving a stick shift. Plus it’s harder. It’s the same with callings of God. He requires personalized trial/reunion to sub stain certain callings. God also requires more from certain people. This is like a learners permit over a license. Don’t calling require intensive training within the church and others are Holy Spirit encountered. Although, most petiole will learn how to drive we all will be taught by different people. This is the same within ministry.

You are called to have impact/teach/interact with different groups. You being true to who God call can assist or delay the people you were created to encounter. So, stay in your lane God gives new strategy but keeps the same objective.
